Job Description

As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for a full range of confidential assistant duties and administration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining management's calendar, scheduling, and drafting messages. - Providing high-level administrative support to executives and managers. - Undertaking any other special assignments, functions, and related duties. - Handling hotel bookings, accommodations, and travel arrangements. - Organizing meetings and ensuring that the Management is well prepared. - Ensuring excellent paperwork, document management, and computer-based information. - Preparing basic MIS reports for and on behalf of the Management. - Supervising security, housekeeping, and facility management. - Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff as required. - Preparing confidential and official correspondences. - Welcoming and attending to subsequent visitors. - Preparing MOM (Minutes of Meetings) for the board. Additionally, the company provides health insurance as part of the benefits package. This is a full-time position that requires work to be carried out in person.,
