The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing performance testing strategies to ensure our applications and systems meet performance standards and requirements. The role involves working closely with development, operations, and product teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. What will you be doing? Performance Testing Strategy: Develop and maintain comprehensive performance testing strategies, plans, and scripts.Test Design and Execution: Design, implement, and execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results to identify performance issues, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports and recommendations.Tool Expertise: Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, and others as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, operations, and product teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle.Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve performance testing processes, methodologies, and tools.Mentorship: Mentor junior performance testers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.Scripting: Develop and maintain test scripts using programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.Environment Setup: Configure and maintain performance testing environments, ensuring they are aligned with production environments.Monitoring: Implement and utilize monitoring tools to track performance metrics during testing.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance testing processes, results, and recommendations. What we look for :Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance testing.Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).Strong scripting skills in languages such as Java, Python, or similar.Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies.Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality. Nice To Have:Certifications: Relevant certifications in performance testing or related areas.Experience: Experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Knowledge: Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
