Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

Strong Loadrunner / Performance Center Script Creation, Execution and Monitoring experience
Strong Load runner experienced profiles
Performance Test Strategy/Plan Creation
Participate in performance test requirements reviews, design reviews
Strong Defect Identification and Triage skills
Compilation of Performance Test Results and identification of potential issues/bottlenecks

LoadRunner (VuGen) scripting experience at medium to high level of expertise; Jmeter scripting,monitoring tools(Dynatrace)
