Performance Tester

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing using the Micro Focus LoadRunner suite for web technologies, application infrastructure, and networking.

• Web (HTTP/HTML)

• Perform SAP performance validation to ensure system stability under load.

• Contribute to cloud migration initiatives and work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Partner with teams across network, storage, and server infrastructure to resolve performance issues.

• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.

• Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams across virtual and culturally diverse environments.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication on performance insights.

• Own performance-related issues and escalate to senior leadership where necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience

• Strong knowledge of web technologies, application architecture, networking, and infrastructure components.

• Expertise in LoadRunner with HTTP/HTML and AJAX TruClient protocols.

• 1 - 2 years of cloud experience

• SAP performance validation

• Ability to work in complex organizational environments with distributed teams.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and escalate appropriately.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CI tools, additional performance testing tools, and monitoring solutions is a plus.
