Analyze requirements, define test strategies, and prepare detailed test plans and test
cases.
● Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for web and mobile
applications.
● Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using tools such
as Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, or similar.
● Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the lifecycle.
● Execute automated test suites and analyze results to ensure quality and stability.
● Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive continuous
improvement.
● Track and report testing metrics, defect trends, and test coverage.
● Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving QA best practices.
● Ensure proper test documentation and maintain traceability between requirements and
test cases.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
● 5–7 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
● Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright.
● Experience with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, etc.).
● Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure
DevOps.
● Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured).
● Familiarity with workflow-driven and rule-based systems.
● Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail,
etc.).
● Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
● Familiarity with cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).
● Basic knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
● Exposure to behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks like Cucumber.
● Experience working with low-code/no-code platforms.
● Understanding of data anonymization, compliance, or security testing.
