Role Description We’re seeking a sharp, future-focused Performance Specialist to drive campaign excellence and growth across the Meta and Google ad ecosystems. This is not a “set and forget” ad ops role—you’ll be the analytical brain behind every campaign, using AI-driven tools to optimise results, automate processes, and unlock next-level performance. Your Mission: Architect, launch, and optimise Meta & Google campaigns with end-to-end technical setup (tracking, attribution, custom events, conversion APIs, etc.). Use AI tools to analyse campaign data in real time, identify patterns, automate optimisations, and generate actionable insights. Go deep: If a campaign overperforms or fails, you’re able to dig into the data and explain the WHY, not just the what. Bring technical and analytical thinking to every report. Design and test hypotheses, run performance experiments, and automate routine tasks using AI and scripts. Collaborate with creative, content, and tech teams to continually raise the bar on campaign ROI. Proactively flag risks, spot new opportunities, and ensure every rupee spent delivers measurable business impact. What You’ll Bring to Squid Gossips: 1. Action-First Visualisations: You craft dashboards that spark action, not just charts. Your reporting is interactive, insightful, and always “so what, now what?” oriented. 6. Hypothesis Hacker: You live for rapid experimentation—A/B, multivariate, custom automations—and iterate with a scientific, agile mindset. 7.
