Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) tailored to product needs

· Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more

· Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitive analysis

· Use GA4, GTM, to track performance, user behavior, and campaign ROI

· Design and execute lead nurturing workflows to engage and convert prospects

· Collaborate with content, design, and product teams for cohesive messaging and execution

· Continuously test and optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and campaign assets

· Analyze and improve key performance metrics including CAC, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates


Note: Must have experience working for top Ad Marketing Agencies


Ideal Candidate:

· 4-5 years of experience in SEO, performance marketing, and digital analytics

· Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, Ahrefs, SEMrush.

· Experience in lead nurturing strategies and marketing automation

· Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth

· Comfortable working across multiple products and channels

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
