Profile Overview: We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist/Manager to fuel Miraggio’s D2C growth engine. This role goes beyond paid ads, you will own the customer acquisition funnel end-to-end , covering paid campaigns, SEO, CRO, and growth experiments. Your work will directly impact traffic, conversions, and revenue, making you a key driver of the brand’s success. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing (Paid Media): Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other performance channels. Manage budgets, track KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV), and deliver consistent growth. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journeys on website/app and identify drop-off points. Run A/B/multivariate experiments to improve checkout rates, cart abandonment, and funnel efficiency. Work with product/design teams to optimize landing pages, CTAs, and user experience. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with content and tech teams to build and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO). Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion performance. Optimize product listings, blogs, and collection pages for search visibility. Analytics & Growth: Track and report on all marketing KPIs using GA4, Mixpanel, or other tools. Build attribution models and optimize budget allocation across channels. Explore and test new growth channels (affiliate, influencer performance campaigns, remarketing). Partner with retention teams on email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to maximize customer LTV. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing (D2C/ecommerce preferred). Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO tools (example; Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Strong analytical skills; proficiency in GA4, Looker, or similar reporting tools. Experience with CRO tools ( example; Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize). Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, tech). A mix of creative and analytical mindset, with a drive for experimentation.
