About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our digital paid campaigns across channels to drive traffic, conversions and user growth. This is a highly analytical and data driven role suited for someone who thrives in fast paced environments and loves optimizing campaign for ROI. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram etc.) Optimize acquisition funnels to reduce CAC and improve ROI Track, analyze and report performance KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel and Looker Studio Manage A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high converting ad creatives Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for precision targeting Monitor budgets, pacing, and bid strategies in real time Stay updated with the platform algorithm changes and digital trends Qualifications: 2-6 years of experience in performance/digital marketing Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and analytics dashboards Experience with lead generation and funnel tracking for app or website based businesses. Hands-on with Excel, keyword tools (e.g, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner), and ad management platforms as well as Appsflyer and the likes Proactive, highly analytical and detail oriented Preferred Skills: Bonus: Experience working in fintech or rural consumer segments Interested?
