Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media channels to meet enrolment and lead targets.
  • Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to improve overall brand visibility and reach the right audiences.
  • Identify and test new channels and partnerships for lead generation (including affiliate marketing), ensuring a qualified lead for course enrolments.
  • Design and execute programmatic ad campaigns for data-driven lead generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates) and regularly report insights, recommendations, and optimizations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and business teams for integrated campaign execution and audience segmentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing channels, and best practices, especially within the edtech sector.
  • Oversee advertising budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages using A/B methods and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years recommended) in running performance marketing campaigns on the brand side; prior work in edtech or digital education is highly desired.
  • Deep familiarity with paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, affiliate networks), programmatic tools, and campaign analytics.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates) and ability to optimize for business objectives.
  • Comfort working with analytics dashboards; proficiency in marketing attribution, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creative/copy briefings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Adaptability, results-oriented approach, and willingness to experiment with new marketing channels.

Please note: It's a remote opportunity, but we wanted candidates from Mumbai location who could visit once or twice in a month to our office as per the business requirements.
