Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale campaigns on

  Meta Ads + Google Ads

  (Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, Retargeting).
• Work on

  Shopify brands, quick commerce accounts

  , and other D2C setups.
• Handle

  medium to high monthly budgets

  efficiently with strong ROAS expectations.
• Independently take

  weekly performance review calls

  with clients and present insights.
• Build

  brand event calendars

  , monthly/quarterly plans, and media projections.
• Create

  creative briefs, ideation decks, and testing frameworks

  for continuous improvement.
• Conduct deep

  data analysis

  : funnels, cohorts, CAC/LTV, attribution signals, etc.
• Coordinate with creative + content team for new concepts and performance creatives.
• Maintain strong hygiene across accounts: tracking, pixel events, UTM setup, A/B tests.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Google Ads & Meta Ads

  (mandatory).
• Experience running performance campaigns for

  e-commerce or q-commerce brands

  .
• Proven ability to manage

  >₹5–10L monthly budgets

  or equivalent.
• Understanding of

  Shopify, GA4, Pixels, CAPI

  , and tracking fundamentals.
• Ability to create

  presentations, event calendars, and monthly projections

  .
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to handle

  client meetings independently

  .
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working as an

  individual contributor

• Experience with retention tools (Klaviyo, WhatsApp).
