Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions and accounting entries. Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial statements, reports, and records. Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, invoices, and receipts. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection and payment. Maintain and update accounting ledgers and systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Prepare tax filings, TDS returns, GST reconciliation, and other statutory compliance reports. Handle TDS deposit on property transactions, generate Form 16B, and coordinate with builders for updated Statement of Accounts (SOA). Prepare cost sheets for properties to be sold, ensuring accurate financial projections. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Liaise with auditors, tax professionals, and other stakeholders for financial audits and compliance. Provide reports and analysis to senior management as needed. Monitor and manage financial transactions related to loans or real estate dealings, if applicable. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance. Experience in preparing property cost-sheets for sales transactions. Knowledge of real estate or loan management is preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ZohoBooks, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools. Preferred Skills Experience working in the real estate sector or with loan management. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant taxation policies. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Experience in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
