About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-driven individual to manage the operational backbone of our sales team. You won’t be required to travel for site visits. Instead, you’ll ensure that every lead is properly qualified, every follow-up is timely, and brokers have everything they need to close deals efficiently. You will play a crucial role in improving conversion efficiency by maintaining strong communication, structured workflows, and CRM discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & First Contact

  • Attend incoming calls/leads and conduct requirement screening.
  • Qualify leads based on

    budget, intent, preferences, and purchase readiness

    .
  • Route high-intent leads to the sales team with full context.

CRM Management & Data Hygiene

  • Update and maintain lead information daily in the CRM.
  • Ensure

    no lead is missed, lost, or forgotten

    at any stage.
  • Track status movement, follow-ups, and communication history.

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Map and coordinate

    client → broker → site visit

    flow.
  • Maintain shared calendars and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Track visit outcomes and feed data back into CRM.

Client Nurturing & Information Sharing

  • Share project details, brochures, and price sheets via WhatsApp/Email.
  • Build trust by following up politely and consistently.
  • Maintain warm relationships with undecided clients.

Post-Deal Documentation Support

  • Coordinate with banking partners for

    loan processing & disbursal

  • Assist in paperwork collection and verification.
  • Support the closer with backend documentation where needed.
