PROFILE OVERVIEW

As an Executive – Client Relations, you’ll be the friendly face and reliable voice that bridges our clientswith our internal teams.

From the first hello to successful onboarding and beyond, you’ll ensure every client feels supported,informed, and valued.

You’ll also play a key role in driving sales conversions, managing leads, and keeping our CRM updated.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Entry, Management, Conversion and Sales Support

  • Enter new leads, set priority, and update their status in the CRM.
  • Follow up on quotations, payments, and renewals until a lead is closed.
  • Schedule and deliver product or service presentations (Zoom or in person).
  • Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate proposals with the sales team
  • Conduct targeted cold-calling campaigns and send personalized introduction emails fromcompanies or approved personal databases.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline summaries and reports for sales meetings.

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Conduct onboarding for each new customer (welcome email, documentation, first-check call).
  • Maintain regular contact cadence with clients and log all interactions
  • Collect customer feedback, appreciation notes, and completion certificates; escalate issueswhen needed.
  • Act as the client’s point of contact for support and technical teams until resolution• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely updates to clients

Communication & Outreach

  • Collect customer feedback, appreciation notes, and completion certificates; escalate issueswhen needed.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and support/technical teams for issue resolution.
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns via personalized emails and calls
  • Maintain a FAQ and objection-handling sheet for common client concerns
  • Use solution-focused communication in all client interactions
  • Prepare structure for maintaining next steps & timelines after every call or meeting

Events, Reporting & Documentation

  • Manage promotional material inventory and arrange distribution when needed.
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, meetings etc.
  • Organize marketing materials and post-event follow-ups.• Compile weekly and monthly reports: pipeline, conversions, open quotations, promotionalinventory, and social metrics.
  • Maintain standard templates for onboarding, follow-ups, quotations, and feedback collection.

Client Relations Growth

•Hold regular review meetings with key clients (quarter or twice a year).

•Build trust through honesty, reliability and intelligence.

•Represent the client’s voice within the company within various departments.

•Protect company interests while delivering exceptional service to clients.

•Record every promise and follow-up within team as well as with clients.

•Suggest useful upgrades or add-ons based on what the client uses.Ask satisfied clients for

•short testimonials or case notes.

•Share helpful content like tips, industry updates, or product how-tos.

•Send thank-you notes or certificates for important client milestones.

What we are looking for

Experienced Candidate (2 - 3 years) in sales coordination, client relations, or marketingoperations

Strong written and verbal skills with confidence in client communication.

Ability to juggle multiple clients, follow-ups, and events with precision

Technical Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Onlinemeeting tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
