Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to strengthen our client engagement, support business development initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-centric approach, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison for all client communications and requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, satisfaction monitoring, and issue resolution.

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Engage with potential clients to present training offerings and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, commercial quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain updated records of client interactions, leads, and conversion progress.

Training Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Share schedules, program details, materials, and updates with clients.
  • Ensure timely communication and high-quality service delivery throughout the training cycle.

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, email marketing, and promotional materials.
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and organizational growth.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good understanding of basic sales and marketing principles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations professionally.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship, Sales, or Business Development roles.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
