This is a field-intensive B2B sales role focused on meeting decision-makers in schools and driving program adoption. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase program adoption across assigned territories. Visit 6-8 upskilling institutes/colleges/schools per day to present and promote the financial literacy program. Build and manage a sales pipeline, aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Establish and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, principals, district officials, and educators. Conduct engaging product presentations, demos, and training sessions to communicate program value. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback for program and process improvements.
