Role Overview: We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who will be responsible for identifying potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, and upskilling institutes), engaging with them via LinkedIn and cold outreach, and fixing appointments with decision-makers. If you're tech-savvy, confident in communication, and passionate about sales or marketing, this is your chance to build a meaningful career with us. Key Responsibilities: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Apollo.io to scout, generate, and qualify leads (primarily educational institutions). Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn messaging, cold emails, and follow-ups to build engagement. Fix appointments with school/college management, administrators, or key decision makers. Assist in building workflows and strategies for improved lead generation and engagement. Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointment status in CRM tools. Skills & Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or LinkedIn outreach. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools like Apollo.io is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with cold calls & messaging, emailing, and professional follow-ups. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads at once.

Job Overview: We are seeking both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will promote and sell our financial literacy program to K-12 schools. This is a field-intensive B2B sales role focused on meeting decision-makers in schools and driving program adoption. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase program adoption across assigned territories. Visit 6-8 upskilling institutes/colleges/schools per day to present and promote the financial literacy program. Build and manage a sales pipeline, aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Establish and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, principals, district officials, and educators. Conduct engaging product presentations, demos, and training sessions to communicate program value. Collect market intelligence and provide feedback for program and process improvements. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (any stream); postgraduates are also welcome. Prior experience in sales preferably in EdTech , education , or selling directly to schools is a strong plus. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Six months in this role can deliver learning equivalent to a 2-year MBA. Excellent communication, presentation , and negotiation skills. Strong ability to network , research , and multitask in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for education and willingness to work in the field are a must. (Note: This is not a desk job.
