To scale our impact, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can blend data-driven execution with sharp consumer insight, and deliver exponential growth in a high-velocity environment.


Role Overview


As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will own the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across digital channels, working closely with leadership to optimize ROI and scale performance. This role is for someone with deep hands-on experience in D2C or consumer brands, who thrives in high-growth environments and knows how to turn budgets into business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing engine: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, and other emerging platforms.

• Data-driven growth: Constantly experiment with creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximize ROAS, CAC-to-LTV ratios, and channel efficiency.

• Consumer intelligence: Translate customer insights into actionable targeting and messaging strategies, especially in the D2C / alternate accommodation space.

• Full-funnel expertise: Drive awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies, integrating performance marketing with CRM and remarketing.

• Budget ownership: Manage and optimize large monthly spends with accountability for ROI and topline business growth.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with brand, product, tech, and revenue teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Performance reporting: Build transparent dashboards and frameworks to track KPIs, campaign impact, and actionable insights for leadership.


Ideal Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C companies, consumer internet brands, or alternate accommodation / travel startups.

• Proven success in scaling paid campaigns profitably, with strong command over Google, Meta, and performance-first platforms.

• Analytical and high IQ: Comfortable dissecting data, spotting trends, and making quick, smart decisions.

• Strategic yet execution-driven: Can think at the level of CAC-to-LTV models, but also dive into ad sets, creatives, and conversion paths.

• Strong bias for performance: Obsessed with numbers, growth levers, and incremental efficiency.

• Experience with marketing automation, attribution models, and growth hacking tools.

• Hustler mindset: Thrives in high-performance environments with a “test → learn → scale” approach.
