Performance Marketing Specialis

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage

  performance marketing campaigns

  across digital platforms including:

  Instagram (Meta Ads) YouTube (Google Ads Video Campaigns) LinkedIn Ads Google Search & Display

• Optimize campaigns for international markets with a focus on

  lead generation, and sales conversion

  .
• Conduct

  market research

  and analyze customer behavior in global markets (U.S., U.K., Canada).
• Monitor, measure, and report performance KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) using analytics tools.
• Continuously A/B test ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to maximize ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Stay updated on international marketing trends, platform policies, and competitive strategies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong portfolio of international campaigns.
• Proven expertise in running ads on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Ads targeting U.S., U.K. and Canadian audiences.
• Strong understanding of

  SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic advertising

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and other attribution tools

  .
• Excellent

  analytical skills

  with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong

  communication and collaboration skills

  to work with cross-functional teams.
• Certification(s) in Google Ads / Meta Ads / Analytics preferred.
