As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Pigator, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI across multiple digital platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives and continuously improve campaign performance using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI
• Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to align campaign strategies with business goals
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis to optimize targeting and messaging
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar tools
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus.
