Performance Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a creative approach to ad creation, and a proven track record of delivering high ROI on performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy, select creatives, and A/B test ad variations to maximize CTR and conversions.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs including CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
• Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Implement remarketing/retargeting strategies to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads strategy with overall brand and sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI.
• Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
