Performance Marketing Specialist

What Will You Drive ?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end paid marketing campaigns to drive leads, traffic, and conversions across CARS24’s digital ecosystem. You will:

● Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other paid platforms.

● Monitor, analyze, and improve KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.

● Manage and optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

● Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion performance.

● Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business

objectives.

● Track, report, and present actionable insights to leadership to drive strategic decisions.

● Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns

innovative and impactful.

Who Are We Looking For ?

● 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably in consumer tech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.

● Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube campaigns.

● Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Data Studio, or similar attribution tools.

● High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting.

● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and convert them into action plans.

● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
