We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Executive who can take our services to the next level by bringing in new clients and nurturing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
• Conduct outbound email campaigns and tele calling to connect with potential clients.
• Use LinkedIn and other professional platforms for outreach and relationship building.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Strategize and execute campaigns to enhance brand visibility and acquire new business.
• Understand client requirements and pitch our IT and digital marketing services effectively.
• Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client feedback in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Technical) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly targets in terms of leads generated and deals closed.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to adjust outreach strategies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in business development in the IT or digital marketing sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive personality.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and social media outreach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) is a plus.
