Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT Hiring) Location: On-site Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in hands-on recruitment Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 25k based on experience About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with proven experience in IT and Non-IT hiring . You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process —from posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, to successful onboarding. If you’ve hired candidates independently before , are well-versed in LinkedIn search strategies , and have hands-on experience with job boards like Indeed, Internshala, and LinkedIn , we’d love to meet you. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and hiring needs provided by our team Post job openings across platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala , etc. Source and screen resumes to identify top candidates Shortlist and interview potential candidates Coordinate and conduct initial HR rounds Manage salary negotiations and final offer process Ensure complete onboarding and documentation Maintain recruitment trackers and communicate regular updates Act as a strategic hiring partner to help us build strong teams ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT roles) Hands-on knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn hiring tools Proven track record of successful closures and end-to-end hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of HR and recruitment best practices Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines 📝 What We Offer: Flexible working structure Opportunity to work closely with a fast-growing team Autonomy to lead and build recruitment processes Competitive compensation Show more Show less
