Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As the Paid Advertising Manager at Fitspire, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be in charge of managing ad budgets, setting bidding strategies, and optimizing campaigns to ensure maximum performance. It is essential to maintain a seamless integration with the Shopify website to enhance the overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. - Manage ad budgets, set bidding strategies, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to develop data-driven marketing plans. - Conduct thorough campaign optimization, monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary optimizations. - Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies for better results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, analytics, and sales to ensure campaign success. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, RTO, and conversion rates. - Provide regular reporting and valuable insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in developing and executing paid advertising strategies on Meta and Google Ads. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. - Experience in managing ad budgets, setting bidding strategies, and optimizing campaigns for performance. - Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CAC, RTO, and conversion rates.
