About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes data, optimization, attribution, and structured experimentation. If you can take ownership of Google Ads end-to-end, build scalable tracking systems (GA4 / Appsflyer / Mixpanel), and improve ROAS using insight-driven decisions — this role is for you.


This is not a “set & forget” performance role. We need someone who:


  • Thinks in hypotheses, A/B tests & incrementality
  • Can build processes that scale — naming conventions, reporting cadences, test logs
  • Is driven by measurable outcomes and revenue impact


What You’ll Own

  • Run Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking via GA4, GTM, Appsflyer / Mixpanel
  • Analyze user journeys, funnels, cohorts & LTV to improve performance
  • Build weekly performance review frameworks & automated reporting systems
  • Lead media planning, budgeting & scaling experiments
  • Collaborate with creative + developer + data teams for faster iteration loops
  • Maintain documentation of learnings, test results & scaling playbooks


Ideal Experience

✔ 2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing

✔ Google Ads experience across:

  • Search
  • Performance Max
  • YouTube
  • Display
  • (Bonus) App Campaigns / Lead Gen


✔ Experience with:

  • GA4
  • GTM
  • Appsflyer / Adjust / Branch
  • Mixpanel / Amplitude (funnels & cohorts)
  • Looker Studio (dashboards)


✔ Ability to:


  • Break down performance problems with a structured approach
  • Build playbooks & SOPs
  • Communicate insights clearly and without jargon


What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Smooth & accurate tracking and reporting for key campaigns
  • Clear insights and hypotheses documented weekly
  • Improving CAC / ROAS / retention metrics through structured experiments
  • Predictable weekly reporting cadence the team can depend on
