About job: We are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Performance marketer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. Position: Performance Marketing Manager Location: Ahmedabad Working Time: 10 am to 7 pm ( work from office) Reports to: Associate Director- Digital Marketing Key Responsibilities: Plan , execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms ( Google ads , Meta, LinkedIn, etc..) Manage budgets and ROAS targets, ensuring efficient spending and maximum impact. Analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve conversion rates and campaign performance Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Collaborate with content, design, and sales team to align messaging and targeting Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools Preferred: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with Google ads , Facebook Ads manager, and analytical skills Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills Leadership and team heandling skills Creative thinking and problem -solving abilities Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or lead-gen campaign is a plus Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, etc Knowledge of SEO/ASO, affiliate marketing, or email marketing How to apply: Send your resume, portfolio, and a short note about why you're interested in this role to [ growth@comfroi.com ] Let me know if you'd like this tailored for a specific industry (e.g. SaaS, e-commerce, health tech) or tone ( formal, casual, startup-y, etc) Show more Show less
