We're on the hunt for a Social Media Executive who can turn scrolls into stares and likes into love. You'll be the voice, vibe and vision behind our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, engaging with our audience, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Position: Soci al Media Executive Location: Ahmedabad Working Time: 10 AM to 7PM 📌 What You'll Do: Craft scroll- stopping content across platforms ( Instagram, LinkedIn, x, TikTok-whatever's trending next). Turn data into direction-track engagement and tweak strategies like a pro. Keep our brand tone strong, sassy, smart, or whatever it need to be . Collaborate with designer's marketers, and dreamers to bring ideas to life. Jump on trends faster than the for You Page refreshes. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create engaging and high-quality content for platform like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter , LinkedIn and others. Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools. Monitor social media channels and respond to queries in a timely manner. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Run and monitor paid social media campaign when needed. Engage with influencers and build relationships with key industry players. 📌 Requirement: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 1+ year of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong understanding of major social media platform and content trends. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite or similar. Experience with analytical tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc. Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. 📌 Preferred: Experience with video editing or basic graphic design. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
