Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Strong understanding of campaign objectives (Sales/Leads/Traffic)

• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, and competitor analysis

• Develop high-performing ad copies & creatives (with Canva)

• Manage budgets, track KPIs & drive ROAS-positive outcomes

• Create weekly performance reports and actionable insights

• Work with content & design teams for campaign alignment

• Stay updated with new ad formats, algorithm updates & industry trends

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years in Performance Marketing (Agency experience bonus)

• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

• Strong SEO knowledge (on-page/off-page)

• Good eye for creatives + ability to design using Canva

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset

• Excellent written & communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients & deadlines

Assessment & Screening

Shortlisted candidates will undergo:

1 Google Ads Test

2 Meta Ads Test

(Both practical scenario-based assessments)
