Job Description

Performance Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page recommendations for optimal conversions.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Work closely with content and development teams to improve search rankings and organic lead generation.

Social Media Strategy

  • Create and manage data-driven social media strategies tailored to real estate audiences.
  • Plan and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging posts, videos, and reels.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across all digital channels and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign metrics, learnings, and optimization plans.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM platforms for data-driven decisions.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven experience in

    real estate digital marketing

    is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads

    , and SEO strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and achieve lead-generation targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Basic understanding of landing page optimization, funnels, and lead nurturing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEO is an added advantage.
