About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize our clients’ advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. You will work closely with our creative, web, and strategy teams to deliver measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

- Develop paid media strategies based on client goals

- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research

- Plan campaign structures (TOF/MOF/BOF funnels if applicable)

Campaign Execution

- Set up and manage campaigns on:

 • Meta Ads Manager

 • Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

- Implement conversion tracking (Pixel, GA4, GTM)

Optimization & Management

- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize for:

 • CPL / CPA

 • CTR / CVR

 • ROAS

- Run A/B tests (creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages)

Reporting & Insights

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

- Provide insights and recommendations backed by data

- Communicate results clearly to the team and clients

Collaboration

- Work with designers to brief ad creatives

- Coordinate with the web team for landing page optimization

- Collaborate with strategists to improve overall performance

Requirements

Technical Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing

- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads

- Solid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels, UTM tracking

- Good knowledge of landing page best practices

- Ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts

- Ownership and accountability

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel)

- Knowledge of retargeting and funnel creation

- Basic understanding of SEO

- Experience working in an agency environment
