About the Role

The Performance Marketer drives customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic and data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on optimizing campaign ROI, managing ad budgets, and ensuring continuous improvement through advanced analytics and frequent testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies targeting growth and conversion.

- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.

- Monitor, analyze, and report key metrics including ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and optimize accordingly.

- Implement A/B testing and experimentation to improve creative assets, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.

- Collaborate with content, analytics, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

- Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.

- Provide performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Experience running paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Ads Manager.

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.

- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms and advanced data analysis is a plus.

- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads or equivalent is preferred.
