Upriver Ecommerce Private Limited is a tech-enabled online channel management company that works with brands and retailers to manage and accelerate their online sales on their own website as well as on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Ajio, Myntra, Firstcry, Jiomart, Big Basket, Blinkit, Zepto etc.

Position Summary –

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3-4 years in performance marketing and a proven track record of growing D2C brands.

This role requires strong leadership skills, team management capabilities, and a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing.
The Senior D2C Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team,connecting with clients on a daily basis, and designing and executing successful D2C campaigns.

Key Responsibilities -

•  Connect with clients on a regular basis, understanding their goals and objectives, and providing strategic recommendations.
•  Design and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue for D2C brands.
•  Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, maximize ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

•  Assign tasks to team members, prioritize projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
•  Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of D2C marketing efforts.
•  Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and performance marketing.
•  Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation within the performance marketing team.Qualifications -
•  Minimum Bachelor's degree, or above, in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3-4 years in performance marketing, with a focus on growing D2C brands.
•  Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management, coaching, and development.  Ability to hire and train a team.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
•  Deep understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, and D2C platforms.
•  Proven track record of driving results and exceeding client expectations in a fast-pacedenvironment.
•  Tech orientation; always looking out for new technologies/tools in the performancemarketing space.
•  Comfortable working out of our Gurgaon office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹331,759.44 - ₹1,327,156.68 per year
