Performance Marketing Manager (Facebook Ads Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager

• Manage end-to-end performance marketing: audience targeting, creative testing, budgeting, and optimization
  
• Track and report KPIs including

  ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and revenue

• Collaborate with creative and content teams on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
  
• Identify opportunities to scale campaigns profitably and drive D2C growth
  
• Stay updated on the latest performance marketing tools, trends, and best practices

• Proficiency in analytics, attribution, and campaign optimization
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  
• Interest in fitness, sportswear, or consumer brands is an added advantage
