Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with proven experience in managing and scaling digital marketing campaigns for the USA market. The ideal candidate should be data-oriented, creative with ad strategies, and strong in analytical tools to drive consistent ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and other performance channels
• Run and manage USA market–focused campaigns ensuring timezone alignment and market trends understanding
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and overall profitability
• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies for B2C or D2C brands
• Collaborate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing pages
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for leadership
• Manage budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
• Research competitors, market trends, and new growth opportunities
• Implement tracking using GA4, GTM, Pixel setups, and UTM systems

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing
• Mandatory experience running campaigns for the USA market
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
• YouTube Ads
• Excellent understanding of CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV metrics
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels, and conversion tracking
• Ability to create and analyze detailed performance dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and project management abilities
