Performance Marketing Managers


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across

    Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn

    , and other paid channels.
  • Own full-funnel user acquisition: from audience strategy to creative testing to landing page optimisation.
  • Drive

    ROI/CAC efficiency

    with continuous A/B testing, bid optimisation, and funnel improvements.
  • Build, analyse, and present campaign performance dashboards — daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting with complete ownership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of

    Meta Ads Manager

    ,

    Google Ads

    , and

    App Install campaigns

    (if applicable).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using

    GA4, MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch)

    , Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Proven track record in managing

    large budgets with strong CAC/CPA discipline
