Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing (Paid Performance)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Develop and run performance-focused campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and remarketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and take data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, copies, and audience strategies.

E-Commerce Performance

• Manage performance marketing for e-commerce platforms (D2C websites, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Optimize product listings, ads, brand stores, and A+ content for improved visibility and conversions.
• Execute marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads etc.) and ensure high ROAS and revenue growth.
• Track sales funnel, customer behaviour, and optimize campaigns to reduce drop-offs.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Ads Manager, etc.) to measure performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, insights, and improvements.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale campaigns effectively.

Strategy & Growth

• Develop integrated digital marketing strategies for social + e-commerce growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
• Identify new opportunities for scaling campaigns, audience expansion, and revenue growth.
