Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our paid media strategy. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing platforms. You will be responsible for generating leads, and optimizing ROI through paid advertising campaigns across digital channels. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta platforms including Instagram). Optimize campaign performance across multiple KPIs including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA. Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to continually improve ad creatives and targeting. Plan and manage budget allocation across platforms to maximize return on investment. Analyze campaign performance data and create actionable insights and detailed reports for stakeholders. Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management using tools such as Google Tag Manager. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. In-depth knowledge of campaign setup, optimization, and audience segmentation. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and similar platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Google Ads Certification/ Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus.
