Manager - Salon Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION *Manage end-to-end salon operations, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. * Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve monthly service sales and customer retention goals. * Drive sales of salon services through effective upselling, cross-selling, and client consultations. * Implement best practices from other service industries to enhance customer experience. * Monitor daily appointments, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversion rates. * Train staff on customer handling, communication, and upselling techniques. * Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and prompt action. * Maintain hygiene and operational standards as per brand guidelines. * Track team performance, manage schedules, and handle basic HR/administration duties. * Generate sales and performance reports for management. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/service/educational/hospitality/healthcare sales roles. * Strong customer handling and service-oriented mindset. * Proven leadership and team management capabilities. * Ability to meet targets, drive performance, and enhance customer experience. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Open to learning salon operations (on-the-job training provided).
