Business Development & Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our team for driving nominations, sponsorships, and delegate sales for Entrepreneur Awards, Conferences, and Events. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in business networking, events, and a passion for promoting entrepreneurship. You will be responsible for reaching out to entrepreneurs, business leaders, and corporates, and converting leads into confirmed participation for high-profile award events. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential nominees, sponsors, and attendees for entrepreneur awards and business events. Build and maintain strong relationships entrepreneurs, founders, and decision-makers. Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and drive sales. Pitch award nomination categories, event benefits, and participation packages. Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status in CRM tools. Meet and exceed individual monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. Provide feedback to improve pitch decks and product offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–4 years of experience in B2B or event sales (experience in award/event/conference sales preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking skills and ability to speak with senior stakeholders.
