Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing online campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing marketing efforts to drive growth. The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, continuously improving campaign performance, and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Online Campaign Management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Data Analysis and Marketing Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media Advertising
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the trading or financial services industry is a plus
