Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your main objective will be to drive measurable results through data-driven strategies, increase ROI, and boost brand awareness. This is a role that demands a deep understanding of digital advertising, analytics, and a knack for creativity combined with analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid platforms.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio). Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to target the right audiences effectively.

Content & Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure that ads are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and other digital assets to identify the most effective strategies for performance improvement.

Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, allocate funds efficiently across channels, and continuously optimize for cost-effectiveness.

SEO & SEM: Integrate SEO strategies with paid campaigns to enhance search visibility and overall performance.

Retargeting & Remarketing: Develop and execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage previous website visitors and boost conversions.

Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Experiment with new channels and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

- Proficiency with key digital marketing platforms and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio).

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong understanding of KPIs and metrics related to digital marketing campaigns.
