Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Business Process - Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. - Execute A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies. - Setup and maintain accurate conversion tracking and attribution models. - Partner with internal and external creative teams to develop engaging ads. - Create, manage, and refine audience personas and targeting strategies. - Continuously monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot campaign performance. - Manage programmatic campaigns across DSPs using advanced targeting. - Collaborate to ensure delivery of high-quality creative briefs and performance insights. Customers - Deliver data-driven campaign reports with actionable insights for stakeholders. - Leverage behavioral and psychographic data to improve customer targeting. - Focus on customer conversion efficiency and engagement rates across platforms. Financials - Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. - Provide monthly cost analysis and budget vs actuals for campaign spends. - Track and reduce CAC while increasing conversion rates. Growth - Stay abreast of industry trends and digital advertising innovations. - Recommend platform improvements and automation opportunities. - Contribute to continuous enhancement of marketing performance KPIs
