What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end paid media across Google, Meta & more prospecting, retargeting, automation.
• Manage budgets to deliver stellar ROI and efficient CAC.
• Run A/B tests, landing-page tweaks, and conversion-rate optimization.
• Analyze & report performance via easy-to-digest dashboards; surface insights that move the needle.
• Collaborate with leadership on funnel improvements and growth roadmaps.
• Stay ahead of performance-marketing trends and technologies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 25 years hands-on performance-marketing experience.
• Proven track record scaling profitable digital campaigns.
• Expert with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, remarketing, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical chops; comfortable drawing insights from complex data sets.
• Clear communicator, creative problem-solver, and proactive team player.

Bonus: experience in consumerbrand, skincare/beauty, or D2C environments.
