Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Manager. This hybrid role is based in Gurugram with some flexibility for remote work. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies on Meta and Google Ads, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing data to drive marketing decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding and experience in Performance Marketing and PPC Campaign Management
• Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads
• Data analysis, reporting, and the ability to derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Previous experience in an Ecommerce or Digital Marketing agency is a plus
