Job Summary :

HR Intern


Key Responsibilities :

a) Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

b) Help organize and coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

c) Support HR documentation and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

d) Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning internal events.

e) Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

f) Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

g) Assist with performance management and training initiatives.

h) Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with process improvement projects.


Qualifications :

a) Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

b) Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

c) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

d) Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

e) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

f) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

g) Detail-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
