Job Description

Job Summary:


The Graphic Designer will create compelling visual content, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms while collaborating to meet design objectives. The role requires proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong portfolio, attention to detail, and have knowledge of motion graphics, web design, and UX/UI are preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop compelling visual content including logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, website design elements, video editing, infographics, and other marketing materials.

2. Translate ideas and concepts into professional designs that effectively communicate the desired message.

3. Create original designs, illustrations, and layouts that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.

4. Develop Marketing materials for digital campaigns, social media and present the desired message.

5. Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across designs.

6. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.

8. Manage design projects, including print production and timelines.

9. Proficiently use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools.

10. Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to improve design output continuously.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Knowledge in Video editing software such as (Premier, Camtasia etc.)

3. Understanding of UX/UI principles.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

5. Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.

6. Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively as part of a team.

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

8. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

9. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
