Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.).
• Manage campaigns across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart), focusing on both conversion and visibility.
• Create integrated funnel strategies combining brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and performance campaigns.
• Track, measure, and report performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ads Manager dashboards).
• Analyze campaign data to optimize budgets, improve ROAS, and reduce CPA.
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Work with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Coordinate with eCommerce teams to align ad strategies with sales and inventory goals.
• Allocate monthly and quarterly budgets effectively across channels and present regular performance reviews.
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on experience managing FMCG or consumer brands.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and programmatic buying platforms.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce ad solutions (Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads) and quick commerce ad platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, communication, and presentation skills.
• ROI-driven approach with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
