Performance Marketing Manager

You'll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling paid campaigns across multiple platforms while continuously analyzing and optimizing for conversions, CAC, ROAS, and LTV. We're seeking someone who thrives on data, loves experimenting, and can turn performance insights into real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid channels.
  • Plan and manage full-funnel performance campaigns focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve key metrics.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, uncover insights, and report weekly/monthly on campaign health (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content and design team to develop high-converting creative assets.
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining strong performance metrics.
  • Identify new channels and tactics to grow acquisition and retention.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C or eCommerce environment.
  • Proven track record of managing significant budgets with high ROAS.
  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like Shopify, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retargeting, funnel optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Self-motivated, agile, and hungry to experiment and iterate.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with affiliate/influencer performance campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of email/SMS marketing tools and automation.
  • Familiarity with Indian D2C consumer behavior and buying patterns.
  • Creative chops for performance-oriented storytelling and messaging.
