Performance Marketing Manager

• We are looking for a

  results-driven Performance Marketing professional

  to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, creative-minded, and passionate about driving measurable business growth through performance channels.

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on

  Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms

• Manage

  lead generation, e-commerce, and brand performance campaigns

• Monitor daily performance metrics like

  CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions

• Conduct

  A/B testing

  on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences
• Analyze data and prepare

  weekly/monthly performance reports

• Coordinate with

  creative, design, and content teams

  to deliver high-performing ads
• Track pixels, events, and conversions using

  Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM

• Identify growth opportunities and scale winning campaigns
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Ads & Google Ads

  (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of

  performance funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing

• Experience with

  lead forms, landing pages, and conversion optimization

• Working knowledge of

  Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager

• Ability to analyze data and take

  actionable insights

• Good communication and coordination skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  agency environment

• Knowledge of

  e-commerce performance campaigns

• Basic understanding of

  SEO, CRO, and email marketing

• Experience handling

  high ad budgets
