We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is data-oriented, creative-minded, and passionate about driving measurable business growth through performance channels. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms Manage lead generation, e-commerce, and brand performance campaigns Monitor daily performance metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, landing pages, and audiences Analyze data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing ads Track pixels, events, and conversions using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM Identify growth opportunities and scale winning campaigns Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in performance marketing Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (mandatory) Strong understanding of performance funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing Experience with lead forms, landing pages, and conversion optimization Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Ads Manager Ability to analyze data and take actionable insights Good communication and coordination skills Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Good to Have: Experience in agency environment Knowledge of e-commerce performance campaigns Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and email marketing Experience handling high ad budgets What We Offer: Opportunity to work on diverse brands and industries Fast-paced learning and growth environment Collaborative and creative work culture
